Relish, A Taste of American Cuisine, is a quarterly publication about food and culture in the United States. It is a student project created for Elisava Escola de Disseny de Barcelona's Masters in Graphic Design. All photographers, texts, and illustrators are properly credited inside. The idea is to show the homemade American cuisine, where people gather to eat, cook healthy meals, and spend time together. Cover design includes serigraphy work in white, showing the magazine's contents on its outside as well as a phrase on its back. The publication combines food with high quality photography and illustration, valuing visual professional's work.
